How each XUSI style fits, and how we measure, so you can choose your size with confidence.
How each style fits

Available sizes vary by design. Each product page shows the sizes in stock.
How we measure tees
- Body length: from the neck seam to the bottom of the shirt.
- Chest: around the fullest part of the chest.
- Sleeve length: from the shoulder seam to the bottom edge of the sleeve opening.
How we measure hoodies, crewnecks and baby rib tees
- Body: in inches, from the collar to the waist.
- Chest: in inches, pit to pit.
- Sleeve: in inches, from the centre back of the garment to the end of the cuff.
Between sizes?
Use the fit notes above: our standard tees are cut generous; the ringers and baby rib tees are closer-fitting. Still unsure? Ask us and we will help you choose.
Choosing a fit for training or everyday
Our standard tees are cut generous, so your usual size gives a relaxed fit for lifting and everyday wear. For a closer fit, size down in the standard tees. The Golden Era ringers and women's baby rib tees fit closer, so take your usual size or size up for room.
Keep the fit wash after wash
Our standard tees are shrink free. To keep any printed garment looking new, wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry.
Wrong size?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on unworn items with tags. The fastest exchange is to return the item and place a new order for the size you want. See the FAQ.
Sizing questions
Do XUSI tees shrink?
Our standard tees are 100% cotton and shrink free.
Which sizes do you carry?
Most tees run Small to XXLarge, and several designs go up to XXXLarge or XXXXLarge. Each product page shows the sizes in stock.
Are the hats adjustable?
Yes. Our A-frame hats are one-size snapbacks with an adjustable closure.
