Indigenous Youth Workshops Across Canada
Strong Roots Strong Future is XUSI's interactive workshop for Indigenous youth, led by the two brothers who founded XUSI. We travel to schools, First Nations and Indigenous communities, youth organizations and funding programs in every province and territory, and we use our own story to make identity, money, health and opportunity feel real.

A youth workshop built on real experience
We grew up in a small reserve community in northern Saskatchewan without growing up around entrepreneurship, and we started XUSI in Saskatoon in 2020. We tell that story honestly so youth can see themselves in it. We keep passive speaking short: youth move through team challenges, competitions, discussions and practical activities.

Youth entrepreneurship and business workshops
Entrepreneurship sits at the centre of the day. Youth see how XUSI went from an idea to a clothing brand, a screen printing shop and a workshop program, and they work through budgeting, goal setting and career readiness along the way. The workshop works for ages 10 and older, and best with groups of roughly 15 to 30 youth. It fits classrooms and school groups, First Nations and Indigenous communities, friendship centres, youth programs and organizations that fund youth programming. We tailor the day to your group, whether you want a shorter session or a full day.

The workshop can be a shorter session or a full day. Pricing generally starts at $5,000 and may reach $7,000, depending on travel, length, group size, materials and customization. We send a proposal once we know your community, dates and group.
